5+ Point Score Increase Guarantee – Full Terms & Conditions

HummingBird LSAT Prep offers a 5-point score improvement guarantee for students enrolled in the 30-hour Ultimate Prep package, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

This guarantee applies only to students who:

Enroll in and complete the full 30-hour Ultimate Prep package.
Complete all sessions within the agreed tutoring timeline.
Sit for an official LSAT within six (6) months of completing the program.

The guarantee does not apply to 10-hour, 20-hour, or pay-as-you-go sessions.

2. Baseline Score

The baseline score is defined as:

A full-length, timed LSAT PrepTest
Taken prior to the first tutoring session

This diagnostic score will serve as the reference point for measuring improvement.

3. Student Responsibilities

To qualify, the student must:

Attend all scheduled tutoring sessions (no more than two reschedules permitted).
Complete all assigned homework, drills, and full-length practice exams on schedule.
Follow the structured study plan provided.
Sit for the official LSAT prepared for within 2 months of completing the program

Failure to meet these requirements voids the guarantee.

4. Improvement Measurement

Improvement is measured by comparing:

Official LSAT Score – Baseline Diagnostic Score

If the official LSAT score does not increase by at least five (5) points, the student may request a refund.

The official LSAT score report must be submitted within 14 days of release.

5. Refund Terms

If all conditions are satisfied and the student does not achieve a 5-point increase:

Tuition paid for the 30-hour Ultimate Prep package will be refunded.
Refunds apply only to tutoring fees and do not include third-party materials or LSAT registration fees.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of verification.

The guarantee applies only once per student and is non-transferable.
